This 4- Bedroom, 2-Full Baths home includes 1-master suite, 3-bedrooms, full kitchen, & lots of room for the whole family to spread out. Located on the edge of the wood line, find yourself immersed in peaceful surroundings with a book on the patio, or go on an adventure in minutes to local attractions. This property has an inground swimming pool (open during season Mid May/June- Late August/Sept) Close to Quinnipiac University, Yale, Choate Rosemary Hall, & Oakdale Theater. This property is in a residential neighborhood and can really feel like home, to a family, or a group of friends. This 1950s home has had many updates. Including the kitchen, bathroom, and brand new master suite, which hosts the 2nd full bathroom available on the property. Please keep in mind that this is a 70yo+ "Home". This property offers "a more classic comfy feel." The fees are set to be comfy & reflect that compared to other comps in the area offering less space. If your tastes require "new build" perfection, then this may not be the property for you. If you enjoy a little character, then we "welcome you home" for your stay.

Jill was very proactive with information for check in and everything was well marked with instructions. The house was in a quiet neighborhood not far from restaurants etc. Staying here was a very pleasant experience
Jill’s place is wonderful. And Jill is an Amazing host. We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious and provided privacy for the 10 adults that shared the space. Very clean, well stocked. Lots of extras. There was plenty of cooking basics, cookware and dishes in the kitchen for the size group we had. We did stay for several days and ate breakfast in everyday and made dinner at least once. There are a variety of stores close by, many restaurants too. A group favorite that stays open late and offers delivery is Cristo’s great food large portions, big menu. We stayed in winter so no chance to experience the large beautiful outdoor space but it looked lovely and like a good time could be had out by the pool. We did rent both the main house and the in law so if you have a large group and are unsure of the space reach out to Jill she is a FABULOUS host very responsive and accommodating! She is a 5 STAR HOST for sure. Her and her place destine for Super Host status! We will be back THNX Jill

Home away from home. I finally found a future home for my three (out of state) adult children and their significant others for holidays. Everyone had their private space (bedroom) and our common space was warm and comfortable. The backyard was private and the kitchen was user friendly (I have a culinary background). The owner went through great lengths to make her home the perfect rental experience for guests. We created many new memories. Best decisions! Thank you Jill. 😊

This property feels like home and is located in a safe, quiet, & charming residential neighborhood. This property is located on a "dead-end like" corner of a residential neighborhood that experiences minimal traffic and backs up to a woodline. Almost every street is lined with a sidewalk and there is no thru traffic, thus making the location excellent for jogging, taking a walk, or listening to nature.

-20min from Tweed New Haven airport.
-45min from Bradley International airport.
A short drive can get you the local renowned schools like Quinnipiac University, Yale University, Southern Connecticut State College, & Choate arosemanry Hall for special events.
This location is nice and central for a quick Uber Ride to crash at after a concert at the Oakdale Theater, College Street Music Hall, & Toads Place.
In the warmer seasons, this homey property is located within 30-35 minutes drive from Lake Compounce amusement part, Lake Quassey amusement park, and Portland Quarry Water adventure park. A little further at a 45-60 minutes drive, you can reach a Six Flags amusement park located just over the border in Massachusetts. Powder Ridge Ski area also offers tons of summer fun like paintball, a farmers market, and ziplining.
During the winter months, you can get to either Powder Ridge or Mt. Southington ski areas in about a 30-minute drive.
Downtown Wallingford is full of restaurants and shops if you are looking for a night out in a quintisential New England town.
