We didn't stay at the property because the host contacted us right after we had booked (and paid) and said it wasn't available. They said they didn't know how to issue a refund/cancellation through Airbnb. I asked several times for the host to refund through Airbnb but they asked for my personal account information instead. Eventually I gave it to them because Airbnb hadn't responded with any resolution or update and I was afraid I would loose the money. It's been over two weeks and I just got the money in my account - less than I paid, maybe because they thought it was fair to take out the fee Airbnb charged them but it was their mistake. I am not trying to be unfair but I want to be honest about the experience for others. We did eventually get most of our money back but I would hesitate to book with this host due to the slow response and they unfair payment reimbursement. It's not great business practice. I will add that they were polite in their communication.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und es steht eine umfangreiche Infrastruktur zur Verfügung. Ein besonderer Ort, wenn man sich ein paar Tage Auszeit gönnen möchte.

Super séjour chez Michele. Nous avons apprécié le jardin et la plage à 5min en voiture. Michel est réactif aux messages et flexible sur l’heure d’arrivée. Ma famille et moi même recommandons vivement ce logement pour une escapade tranquille en bord de mer.

l'host è stato cortese, affidabile e si è premurato anche durante il soggiorno di scriverci per sapere se tutto era a posto/ci serviva qualcosa. la casa era attrezzata e pulita, ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. siamo stati in 4 + cane, che ha adorato il grande giardino esterno. anche la parte esterna riceve il massimo dei punti: abbiamo potuto grigliare e fare picknick perché sono presenti sdraiette e sedie pensili, quindi location davvero magica per le cene in casa. tanta privacy e tranquilla, ci torneremo sicuramente

La maison a un grand jardin très agréable, avec de quoi se détendre, faire un barbecue et manger et aussi avec paons et coqs: les enfants ont adoré. Tout l'équipement de base est là et plus encore, c'est vraiment super 👍 La plage n'est pas très loin en voiture, le village aussi pour l'alimentation. Proximité d'un producteur de mozzarella, malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu en profiter puisque séjour d'une seule nuit. En tout cas nos hôtes ont été très réactives lorsque notre batterie nous a lâché, avec le matériel et la personne adéquate pour démarrer la voiture. Un grand merci pour cela.
