Cozy, convenient & stylish condo on Trail Creek. Walking distance to shops/restaurants/ski resort. Charming décor. 1st floor 2 bed/2 bath condo includes outdoor patio space by creek. Rental includes private detached garage for 1 car, bikes & ski gear. Plush bedding w/down comforters & pillows. Queen size "comfort" sofa bed in living. Well stocked gourmet kitchen with Subzero fridge & more. Custom blackout window coverings & beautiful art. Very private, wooded location. 3 big TV's & SONOS. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is a ground level corner unit in a intimate complex with only 5 condos total. The 2 bedrooms have nice separation from each other. Condo is perfect for two couples or a family of 4 (or up to 6 using the "Comfort" brand sofa bed in living room). The outdoor patio area(s) are surrounded by trees - directly on Trail Creek, which provides a serene and peaceful place to relax by the creek and a large propane gas fire pit. Rental includes access to a private 1 car garage for your car & your outdoor gear (bikes, skis, snowboards, etc.). The condo is a 10 minute walk (less than 1/2 mile) to Sun Valley's ski resort base & River Run Day lodge. Condo is only a 5 minute walk to the town of Ketchum with restaurants, shops and more. Sun Valley runs a free shuttle bus service and there is a bus stop only 2 blocks away on 2nd Ave. Primary bedroom is a king and secondary bedroom is a king.

This condo is in the perfect location. Nestled between Ketchum and Bald Mountain, it is a 12 minute walk to the center of town and a 2 minute walk to the shuttle that takes you to River Run. During our stay, it snowed several feet, creating a magical setting to be remembered.
Trail Creek was a great place to meet up with friends and enjoy an extended weekend trip. The two bathrooms and two rooms with king beds made it very nice for two couples and there was plenty of room for a travel crib in either room. Location was awesome - perfectly situated to go skiing (drive, walk, or take the shuttle) and we walked to/from restaurants on multiple occasions. Check-in was easy and Suzanne was very accommodating with our early arrival as the condo was already clean. Very comfortable place to stay; highly recommend.
Would highly recommend staying here. A beautiful house in a great location. Everything perfectly clean and Suzanne was a amazing host! We hope to be back!
A very organized and clean condo. It was very cozy. The king beds were amazingly comfortable. We walked to town for dinner but drove to the resort which was very close but parking is free so it was convenient.
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place where you can easily walk to the River Run lifts at Sun Valley and also easily walk to the bars and restaurants of Ketchum - look no further. Suzanne was very communicative and and accommodating.

Our serene neighborhood is situated on scenic Trail Creek which feeds to the Big Wood River. World class fly fishing can be found in the Wood River Valley. This charming location is in a wooded area with open space (owned by Sun Valley Resort) on the other side of the creek which is in our back yard. Our "Trail Creek Place" condo complex is located right off of 2nd Avenue in Ketchum and just a few blocks away from shops, restaurants, art galleries, museums, parks, shuttle bus stop, library, hiking trails and more... yet we are away from the hustle and bustle of Ketchum's Main Street. Walking to dinner in Ketchum is a breeze. No car needed!
"Trail Creek Place" condo complex is located right off of 2nd Avenue in Ketchum and just a few blocks away from shops, restaurants, art galleries, museums, parks, shuttle bus stop, library, hiking trails and more... yet we are away from the hustle and bustle of Ketchum's Main Street. Walking or biking to dinner in Ketchum is a breeze. No car needed! Sun Valley's free shuttle bus system has a bus stop a block away from condo.
