The house exceeded our expectations and Trina was very responsive when we reached out with questions. We had a group of 12 adults and 1 toddler, the house fit all of us and the dining table is even bigger than it seems in the picture. We had a great weekend!! No complaints. On top of the amazing house and location, do yourself a favor and RENT A BOAT. Bob’s pontoon rental was easy peasy, and a perfect addition to our stay.

We had an excellent stay hosting family and friends at the Katahdin cabin! The space was very open, clean and comfortable with plenty available to keep the entire group entertained. The location offered incredible views overlooking the lake where we enjoyed catching the early morning sunrise both from the porch and out the many large windows in the main space as well as most of the bedrooms. We really enjoyed grilling each night, having a fire by the lake, shuffleboard, the game table and the overall peaceful relaxing experience throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to explore the area or even just get away for a few days of relaxation!

We had a group of ten up in Rockwood for ice fishing and could not have been happier with our accomodations at the Katahdin Cabin. It easlily slept all ten of us with room to spare. The huge handmade table in the main area was a great place to catch up with each other and talk about the day over our meals. The kitchen was outfitted like we were home. Huge fridge and a chest freezer kept our beverages and food fresh all week. The cabin feels like Maine. Trina was quite helpful when we asked a question or simply needed something to be stocked. She greeted us upon our arrival and helped us get settled. We will definiltey be back! Trina, thank you for your warm hospitality! Rob W. Sorrento, FL
