After payment of booking the host became unresponsive and shady in our transaction. Upon checking in we noticed unpleasant smell inside the room and we were surprised because there were crawling cockroaches and ticks!!! I demand for a full refund due to health and safety concern but the host was very rude. Instead of being nice and apologetic he insulted us doctors and told us to look for a hotel in Makati instead of complaining???? He told us that he will not go with the full refund. Very unfair for our part since his place is very unhygienic and also he was very rude when we raised our concerns. We left the place and cancelled our booking. We are greatful to Airbnb help center, especially to Ms. Denisa. She helped us and got a FULL REFUND after the investigation. Bravo to Airbnb! keep up the good work! and to the host named Shohei. Please don't do this to your guests. Be nice and don't be rude. People are availing Airbnb for their nice stay. Don't put Airbnb to shame.Godspeed

Had to wait for 2 hrs before checking in. Nkaka sad din kasi di napapatungan basta basta ang bedsheet and towels kasi maraming didikit sayo nga mga tela. Di yata maayos pgkaka laba.
