We always enjoy Castle Reef. The unit was perfect for us. Instructions were clear and helpful. This year we noted more families enjoying the pool, beach and shuffle board. We loved walking the beach and relaxing by the pool. We took a TurtleMound sunset cruise that was super. We also returned to Smyrna Dunes Park which is a great place for a stroll. I would highly recommend Castle Reef and Mark’s unit.

Honestly, not really much to say. Everything was as described. We actually didn’t have any contact with the host themselves but we were left a booklet and package with everything we needed to know. The space was as expected, nice clean bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. If I had any one complaint (which is not the hosts fault at all) Prior to booking a rental agency contacted up with details about it stay and they were not very informative. We were provided misinformation in terms of parking arrangements, office hours, and some questions we had contacted them about. Also, nothing to do with the host but we were not received well by some of the other owners at the condo. Even when being polite, we were met with hostility on a few occasions due to the fact we were on a short term stay and not an owner. There just seems to be some resentment from the condo board members but we didn’t let that bother us. Anyway, great time, great stay, nice place. Would visit again!

Beautiful place , very clean, cozy and easy access to the beach. To be noted: pool is very clean and is facing the beach. Host was very responsive and friendly. Thanks for having us there

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The decor was pleasing. Good selection of items in the kitchen and bathrooms. Easy to get down to the beach for a walk. The plaza across the street had a dollar general that had a lot of food options - could do grocery shopping there. There was a nice waffle shop and gift store as well. Definitely need a car to get around. We were able to see a rocket launch which was pretty neat! There was some food and trash under some of the furniture. There were no window treatments on either bedroom windows - we were advised the day before that they were working on replacing the blinds but it shouldn’t affect the stay. The room my 17 yo daughter was staying in had a walkway right next to her window. Our room had a nice view of the ocean but I do like sleeping in-so we made some curtains out of sheets. The light fixture in the bedroom had no lights or extra to replace. Overall it was a nice stay
