Situated right on Little Doe Lake in Katrine, our cozy cabins boast a beautiful interior, serene nature views, and a private beach with kayaks! As well as having the most amazing sunset and being centrally located around several key amenities. (Petro Canada, convenience store, LCBO pizza, cannabis, grocery store) our little resort is a must-visit and extremely stress-free. -Private huge deck - relax in style! -Full kitchen (stove/oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, Fridge) -Basic amenities (Pots, pans, utensils, cutlery) -TV and DVD/USB player (feel free to bring a laptop and connect to HDMI) -Charcoal BBQ (Charcol not provided, may have some on-site) -Parking a few meters away -Access to a private beach, kayaks, A large canoe, fire pit, picnic tables, docks -Great for fishing! (Walleye, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, Perch, Whitefish -Minutes away from the Katrine General Store and 7 minutes away from the Katrine business Sector and Burks Falls (Petro Canada, Subway, Tim Hortons, Grocery Store, Yetti's Pizza, Green Apple Cannabis, LCBO) - A great private location where you can have your own space, close to the Doe Lake Municipal Park where you can unwind and relax. -Great morning views! :) -Easily accessible right off the highway

We had an excellent vacation here - beautiful porch overlooking a gorgeous lake which we were able to bring and use our own boat on! Otherwise we would definitely have used the boats on the property to explore. Only a few inconveniences like a broken light switch, and pretty basic cooking amenities. For a cabin that sleeps 6 there were enough plates/utensils but it would be a stretch to to cook a larger meal without a larger pot/pan. Cabin #4 is the last in a row of places owned by Neil so it was far enough away from a larger, louder group to still be a nice, relaxing weekend. We'll be back to Doe Lake for sure!
Me and my boyfriend stayed here near the end of August and had the best time! The cabin is right on the water and the lake is perfect for swimming/canoeing/all the above! Huntsville is super close too (about 20min drive) there’s nice restaurants that look out over the water and a gorgeous boardwalk on the lake (Hunters Bay Trail) that you can also swim off! All in all this place is the best cabin I’ve ever stayed at with the most friendly hosts and the best location we could have asked for!

Our stay was really good. The views from the cabin and the surrounding areas were much more beautiful than it appeared in the pictures. The host was also very helpful and available at all times. They also let us checkout later than we were supposed to and we were allowed to use all amenities including kayaks. Will definitely come back.
One of the best experiences I have had at a cottage away! My partner and I went for my birthday the last weekend of June and we were spoiled by the sights, hospitality, and space! We regrettably didn’t get pics of the cabin, I was too excited about the view, and it was spotless when we came in. Everywhere was so clean, including the cabin, property grounds, and beach. The artist attraction Screaming Heads is ridiculously close (about 20 minutes driving) from these cabins which was our main focus of the trip and were surprised by how amazing Bayview Resort was. Katrine Ontario is surrounded by 3,200 square km of lakes and rivers, forests of massive pine and maple trees, along with rolling hills and exposed sections of Precambrian rock (the Canadian Shield).
Great year-round fishing is just one of the reasons why so many vacationers come to this region of Ontario.
If you are not interested in the fishing or hiking possibilities, you have come to the right place! Algonquin Park is only 90 minutes away as well, making our property a great day trip destination!
Just down the street, you can find the Katrine Convenience store which is only a short distance away. There is a small LCBO inside, snacks, and fresh pizza.
A short 7-10 minute drive away you can find a Tim Hortons, LCBO, Valu-Mart, Gas Station, Cannabis Store, and Yeti's Pizza and Ice Cream, making our property very convenient to keep you comfortable and stocked up during your visit!
Our property is conveniently located off Highway 11, making it easy to find, and surrounded by many amenities such as a local convenience store with fresh pizza, ice cream, and a mini LBCO inside (3-minute drive).
A 7 min drive away you can conveniently find a Petro Canada with a Subway inside. Valu-Mart, Tim Hortons, LCBO, a Cannabis Store, Yetti's Pizza, and a couple of pop-up restaurants are also located in the same plaza. This makes coming to our property hassle and plan free - especially when you can grab some Timmies in the morning ;)
