Rindy's place was amazing! The view was beautiful- we had an oceanfront view and sat on the balcony enjoying the view a lot. It was also an easy, quick walk to the beach, which made it very convenient for my family and I to go to the beach at any time we wanted to. There was also an outdoor pool that the child in our family enjoyed a lot. The condo was as described and looked like the photos. Rindy was an excellent communicator and addressed concerns rapidly.

Our family of 4 (including 2 littles) had the best time at Rindy's place. The direct access to the beach, the view, the pool, the proximity to lots of local restaurants, and Destin is 10 minutes up the road... everything was fabulous. Rindy was very responsive and friendly, she provided her recommendations for restaurants and things to do which helped a ton for us first-timers to the area. We ate dinner at The Shack twice during our stay, and don't miss Assiago's Skillet for breakfast! We would highly recommend Rindy and her condo on Santa Rosa Blvd for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

We really loved it here. The view from the condo was beautiful. We could sit and have our morning coffee while watching for dolphins (we saw them several times). The beach service that included the two chairs and umbrella was awesome and super convenient. The deck was really spacious with two tables and plenty of chairs. We ate outside and played games every evening. The condo had 4 beach towels, extra beach chairs and even some bogie boards that was an added bonus. The place was super clean and very comfortable. High end appliances and laminate floors which was really nice being on the beach. We saw manta rays that came up right to the shoreline. I snorkeled quite a bit and saw a variety of sea life. The condo complex was kept really clean and the maintenance crew were extremely nice. The pool area was cleaned everyday and they had chairs and umbrellas too. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing time at the beach.

This condo is exactly as pictured. The pool and beach are only steps away and the beach accessories left for our use during our stay was definitely appreciated! There was plenty of room for my family of 6 and Rindy was fast to respond if I had a question. Everything went smoothly from booking to check out. I highly recommend booking with her and plan to again next year!!
