Love the place on the 15th floor. I can see the people and surroundings. I recommend to anyone to visit in Taguig city. The bathroom was clean for me to shower that included hot showers was great. Kitchen to use for long stays. There was complications with the guards and receptionist that it’s not allowed to bring visitors. My old friend from the family came to visit. Only with people who stays in the building.

David is a great host. Easy to deal with he allow us to check out later of the day us my son got a night flight. Highly recommended, place is nice and tidy most of our basic needs is around the corner. Thanks David for accommodating us 🙏🏻.

To all my kababayan, who will vacation in the Philippines, choose this unit, it is beautiful and you will enjoy it, especially if you have children, it is very close to the places you want to go, especially in B.G.C. You will not regret it. thank u very much to the host.

We enjoyed our stay at David’s place as it’s very accessible to everything. We didn’t have any issues checking in and out as he gave clear instructions, and him and his caretaker were very responsive when we need them. The only thing that disappointed me was the noise around the neighborhood because it’s close to C5, which is a very busy street. Also, the furniture should be updated, especially in the dining area as the chairs were already on a TLC condition. Overall, the place was clean, but a little bit outdated.
