10 jours avant notre arrivée, Numan nous a averti qu'il ne pourrait pas nous recevoir à cause de gros travaux dans la rue occasionnant des coupures quotidiennes d'eau et d'électricité mais il nous a proposé de nous trouver un logement équivalent sans frais supplémentaires, et nous avons accepté. Je n'ai donc rien à dire sur son logement, par contre Numan est honnête et réactif. Nous lui avons fait entièrement confiance et n'avons pas été déçu.

It was as wonderful stay at Numan's place. The location is near to the tram station and the metro bus stop. The house is well tidy and spacious. Also, the host is very helpful and friendly. However, please note that the house is at 5th level, with only a staircase. So if you have luggages to carry, you'll have to take some time getting it up haha. But in my case, the host is kind enough to help me carry it since I was staying alone.

The apartment is incredibly spacious, clean, comfortable, and well worth the value. Numan and his wife are very friendly and hospitable, and communication was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and most certainly would stay here again. This apartment is in a great location and very easy to reach via public transportation. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody wishing to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Istanbul.
