Stay in the urban area minus the city noise. This one bedroom accomodation faces the beautiful amenity of SMDC Shore 3 Residences. 10 minutes away from Mall of Asia complex by foot. This air-conditioned condominium unit comes with a smart TV, dining area, equipped kitchen and a living room. Towels and linens are provided. We provide free unlimited WiFi. The nearest airport is Ninoy Aquino International Airport, 2.5 miles. Mall of Asia Arena is 1.2 miles from the property. Staycation? SHORE why not! Host is very responsive. We were able to use the gym and pool because she gave us a rental agreement for a month’s stay. Near SM MOA. Very convenient location.

We had a pleasant stay at Faye's condo, very clean, functional and close to amenities like restaurants, mini marts and the big mall, MOA. It's also a short drive to the airport, bus stations and for entertainment, the big casinos like OKADA and SOLAIRE. Faye was very responsive through email if there's issues. Inside the condo, wifi worked very well, there's a nice big TV, enjoyed cooking our breakfast before starting our day, and most of all enjoyed the hot showers. Though a little tight for 4 adults, we made it work with the floor mattress because the sofa bed is very small. I definitely will stay here again in the future and will recommend it to my family and friends.

thank you for the stay! place was neat and clean with complete amenities. wifi speed was very good with netflix available to use. there were some noise from the other units though since the condominium was new. Good water pressure, cool airconditioning, room had its own ceiling fan. .sofabed was smaller than expected, extra matress was comfortable to sleep on.overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again on our next trip. thank you!
