Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Elena et Roberto qui étaient aux petits soins, très gentils et toujours réactifs. Roberto nous a accueilli et bien expliqué tout ce qui nous était utile. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et bien situé, à proximité de la gare, du tramway T2 pour l'aéroport et tout Florence se visite à pied d'ici. Je recommande 😊😊😊

Elena is very clear and communicative, and Roberto is very helpful and polite; they make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Everything is clean and in order, and the location is near the SM Novella station (less than a 10-minute walk away). Five minutes' walk away, there is a Carrefour Express for groceries.Main attractions of the city are reachable on foot, for example, Piazza della Signoria is a 20-minute walk, and Mercatto Centrale is 15 minutes away, but if you prefer to walk less, there are bus stops nearby, although the travel time doesn't reduce much.The place is small, and you can hear the "neighbors," yet during my stay, everything was quiet, and there were no problems. Maybe having a TV for some entertainment while resting after a long day of exploring the city would be nice, but it's not essential.Keep in mind that it's on the second floor, and the "bedroom" is upstairs, so there are quite a few steps, which could be a bit uncomfortable in your day-to-day.

Reasonably spacious. Everything we needed was there. Bedroom loft was fun! Close walk to everything. be prepared to climb some stairs...all part of the adventure! Roberto was very helpful and honest. candy treats were appreciated.
