Located just west (within walking distance) of Bill Snyder Family Stadium, this quaint home offers a convenient location in a quiet neighboorhood. Several eating establishments and sports complexes are just minutes away. The home's living room was designed for comfort and relaxation with leather furniture and a 65" big screen TV. The home also has full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an extra space with mirror in hallway for a 3rd person to utilize. Back patio with outdoor furniture and grill.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The beds were so comfortable!! Best nights sleep in years!! House was super clean with great organization, amenities and comfortable furniture. Will definitely stay again! We were in town for a track meet, and the track was 5 minutes away at KSU. This would be a great location during football season.

I organized a reunion of dear friends, we all came from 4 different towns, and Shawn's place was perfect for us! It was clean, comfortable, and gave enough space for 4 of us. We especially loved the reclining furniture and large kitchen that had everything we needed, including good coffee! He was flexible with our needs of checking in and out. The location seemed safe, and driving to restaurants and shopping was easy. We made wonderful memories here, and have decided we all want to come back again to Little Apple Abode!

Kenmar Dr. is just off Kimball Avenue, which makes it easy to locate. Nestled in an established neighborhood with large shade trees, it's nice to sit outside, relax and enjoy the quiet. Every now and then, you can hear the owls calling each other late afternoon into the evening.
Parking is allowed for 2 vehicles in the driveway and some street parking is available. On K-State Football game days, street parking is prohibited.
