Convenient location and easy access to 7-11, KFC, morning market, street food, restaurants, pubs & bars. 7-minute walk to subway (Sutthisan MRT Station) where you can catch the train to Bangkok business district, Jodd Fairs, Chatuchak Market, Terminal 21, Bang Sue Junction and Siam Paragon mall. We offer a private bedroom and bathroom (queen-size bed). Our place is a building with 5 floors (without a lift) FIRST FLOOR Cozy lounge: enjoy complimentary coffee, and work and connect with fellow guests Dining room with TV Large refrigerator where you can store your food Kitchen with cooking and eating utensils including microwave and toaster (please clean up after use) Self-service water filtration system for hot/cold drinking water throughout your stay FIFTH FLOOR Washing machine: free to use, just bring your own detergent Rooftop garden: relax, enjoy the sunrise and sunset and make great memories with fellow guests

房间特别好 夸赞一点 空调特别足 一到家就能吹到冷风 工作人员姐姐都特别好特别可爱 每次都给我打招呼 如果可以 我还会再来的～ 711 就在一百米左右的地方 前面有atm机 每到晚上 前面路口也有小摊贩买吃的 附近按摩也有 体验感非常非常👌 地铁夜蛮近的

Homies Ratchada was an amazing stay. The room was spacious and aircon was cold. The staff here were incredibly nice and the host was super friendly and incredibly responsive to any questions that we may have. She provided us with so many recommendations and even brought us food! The location of the place is ideal only around 300m from MRT and there are so many affordable restaurants nearby. 7/11 is about 1-2 minutes walk and during the day there’s always a fruit seller in front of it. I loved this place so much that I decided to extend my stay for 1.5 weeks more. Seems a lot of other guests did the same as I see a lot of familiar faces here. All in all I would 100% recommend anyone to stay at Homies Ratchada as it was one of my favourite stays in Bangkok.

Our neighborhood provides a wide variety of options from morning to evening, including an open market, 7/11, Tesco Lotus, and KFC. It also has plenty of hairdressers and Thai massage places. Notably, there's a highly recommended and delicious Thai street food stall named "เครา" located opposite 7/11, offering reasonably priced dishes that are a definite must-try!
You can get around our neighborhood by walking, no need a car or motorbike
