Very well situated apartment with a beautiful view of the Mersey. Well equipped kitchen and two proper bedrooms with bathrooms. And a nice living room with television. Recommendable!

Modern apartment with an incredible view over the Mersey River and boats. But most of all, it has extra amenities that are common areas available to all (I believe) inhabitants of the Lexington Tower: a 34th-floor viewing deck/terrace, a well-equipped shared gym with modern Matrix machines, a working area (shared office), a private cinema and many more. I enjoyed every single day of staying there. And one important thing that is not obvious to all: both apartment and shared areas are very clean and with nice scents.

Responsive host. Good property, though living room was smaller than the pictures. Overall great property I’ll return and highly recommend to others. Clean overall.

Hi Everyone PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY: Its a SCAM I have paid more than £800 for two nights. When I arrived at the property it was totally Different than the advertisement. The apartment kitchen was Dirty. Some waste has been left with some dirt on the dishwasher and the Dishes as well. Also there was no water at all plus I have agreed with the host that I need a baby cot he did not provide it. Tried to contact the host many times after all the issues but never responded. I checked out in the same day and went to a hotel nearby. I have contacted AIRBNB team an they were helpful and cancelled my booking. Thanks to them I appreciated
