It is a beautiful property for a moderately large group. Rain made it a little difficult to enjoy the outdoor activities, but overall we enjoyed our stay greatly. Charlton communicated clearly and was very accommodating. We appreciate his flexibility for our group.

We had a group of 12 adults staying here for a NYE celebration, and the place was perfect! Charlton was extremely helpful, responsive, and proactive. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is beautiful and exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property and host. Comfortable sitting areas, nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Amazing outdoors and inviting deck with lots of gathering space. Lower level game room was an added bonus. We hope to be back!

We were in town for a wedding and had 10 adults and 4 kids stay at the house and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Everything was as advertised and the host communicated excellently and quickly. The outdoor space was large and inviting. And, we especially enjoyed the big game room. 10/10.

What a beautiful home! Stocked full of everything you need! Comfortable for 6 couples to stay for the weekend. Beautiful outdoor area!
