Hi to the person reading this :) I can offer: coffee/tea & towels if needed - just ask! I have 2 big bedrooms. My flat is where Putney Heath meets Roehampton Lane, my road goes into a 20mph residential street, quiet/safe. The guest-room has its own private bathroom, a step away from the room. My room which I rent out sometimes is an en-suite. I have a small friendly dog & I design jewellery. NB: no-guest policy, unless asked prior to visit :) no 3rd party bookings :) thank you! TRANSPORT & BUS ROUTES: I am under/around15mins drive from Hammersmith Bridge (can vary if roadworks - the other week it took me 10mins) which you can walk over & then take advantage of everything Hammersmith offers, ie: Piccadilly Line, District Line & Hammersmith & City Line...as well as all the bus routes over that way too! ....And by Hammersmith Bridge it is free-parking at the wknd & Mon-Friday it is permit-holders during 10-12midday & then free after midday/people out of town wouldn't know that :) it is great! My road is 0.6mile long, all free parking along it, always somewhere to park, it's great - very easy! Plus the roads branching off my road all offer free-parking too! There are so many BUS-ROUTES that go by me. Literally on my doorstep/seconds from my flat are: 85, 265, 419, 493, N72 & then a few minutes walk away are 430 & 170 - then 15minutes walk away or less(depending how quick you walk) are the buses 14, 93, k3, 37, 639, 670. Usually the 430 bus takes about 35/40mins. Obviously you can see from looking on the map, which is visible on Airbnb, that homes near Putney Heath don't have a tube/train on their doorstep, although offer a plethora of bus-routes & a train/tube isn't far when you jump on a very regular bus-route - takes 10mins normally to the station :) xx For anyone reading this the A3 is very close - that's visible when looking at the map too, the A3 takes you into Central London or out into Surrey/or Portsmouth, amongst other routes too... FOOD SHOPS: I am very close to a Waitrose & Co-Op. And there's the Roehampton Asda (hypermarket style) which is literally 4mins drive away from mine & I have free street parking outside mine, I tend to always get a spot right outside. PLEASE NOTE: Not suitable for children/babies. I DO SOMETIMES RENT MY ROOM OUT TOO!!: I do sometimes rent out my bedroom too, so please be aware of that - ask if you have any questions about that, thankyou! no 3rd party bookings unless you are upfront about it & I'm happy with it all :) thank you!no 3rd party bookings :) thank you! My spare room is beautiful at 15ft by 11ft5, comes with its own great sized bathroom. The room has lovely big windows, lots of natural light, built-in wardrobe space, chest of drawers & a huge mirror. The living space is open plan with kitchen. The shower has great pressure, just waiting for the new screen to be put on- hence the reduced rate currently, but that of course doesn't effect the shower :) I supply towels if needed too, just let me know in advance please :) The spare-room which I rent out is huge. It has 2 double-wardrobes. I use the big one on the right to keep all clean laundry/towels/bedding - so please only use the left wardrobe, I will explain when you are here, it'll be easier :) Thanks so much!
