If you're looking to host a gathering with friends and family, the large dining table can comfortably accommodate up to eight people with a few extra spots at the island. No street parking per county ordinance - could result in towing * Please put trash in bear box with lids on the cans, or in the garage. Do not leave any garbage outside. * Surveillance: Outdoor video at front of home may be in place for security. None inside. We do have a policy against abusive, negligent, or loud behavior, and our home is not suitable for parties with large crowds. There is ZERO TOLERANCE for these types of behaviors. However, we're happy to welcome mature individuals who know how to party responsibly and treat others and their belongings with respect. We simply ask that you keep the noise level down and wrap up the party at a reasonable time. To make sure everyone has a great experience, we kindly ask that you comply with Placer County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances, as well as our rental agreement (which we'll email separately). These rules are also outlined in our listing and failure to comply may result in penalties, forfeiture of your security deposit, or even eviction. GUEST COVID-19 NOTICE We have developed a COVID-19 Plan which includes several additional measures and modifications to our operations and policies to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Some of these are identified below. Despite these efforts, we cannot eliminate the risk of COVID-19 transmission so please be extremely cautious and careful and travel at your own risk! Best Practice: Please wash hand thoroughly, especially when leaving or entering home. Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public. Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases. Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these. Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly. Staff Policy: Staff are instructed to wear PPE and face coverings while operating in home and are not to work if exhibiting symptoms. Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking. Excellent host and gorgeous new Airbnb home in North Tahoe. Only a 10 min drive to Northstar. Nice and quiet neighborhood but easy to find. Short walk down the cul-de-sac for a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. Had a great time with great company in a very comfortable airbnb. Definitely will come back here again!
This listing was everything we wanted and more. I couldn't recommend it enough. We had four adults and four children (spanning 3-11 years old) and it worked beautifully. Close to the Lake and peaceful at the same time.
Everything about this place was amazing. The location, how the home was set up, cleanliness, everything that was provided felt like we were home. Only thing was the flickering lights but you can adjust that. Give this place a 100/10. Would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a cabin with family or friends.
Welcome to our beautiful and quiet neighborhood, nestled in the pines. Easy drive to Lake Tahoe or Truckee, surrounded by national forest, and close to miles of hiking trails.
We recommend bringing or renting a vehicle but Uber / Lyft / Taxi services are around.
