DOT-accredited 1BR luxury Scandi Boracay Apartment with top-end kitchen. 6-minute walk to White Beach and to Boracay Island's center d'Mall in station 2. A 3-minute walk to Bulabog Beach and all transportation at your doorstep. Free pool. High-pressure hot n' cold water in both kitchen and bathroom, in all taps. Deluxe-style rain shower and hand shower. Ultra-silent aircons and a peaceful calming bedroom. 180x220cm extra-large double bed with a spring mattress topped with soothing memory foam. Scandi Boracay Apartments is accredited by the Philippines Department of Tourism (DOT). A booking at a DOT-listed accommodation is mandatory to be allowed to go to Boracay Island from Caticlan. Guards are available 24h/7 at the gate. They will take care of you when you arrive and provide you with any information. There's an electric power diesel generator at the compound which normally starts within 2 minutes in case of power outage. I also have a APC Back-UPS battery in the apartment which is good for 8 hours of work with a laptop. Also 2-4 comfortable work spaces and HDMI connector to the bigger 55 inch smart TV. I have measured the 5G speed to 900Mbps as most but normally around 100-300Mbps. At the gate, you can order drinking water for the water dispenser (delivered to the apartment). Just beside Scandi Medical Clinic. Housekeeping staff and maintenance staff are available daily at the compound for any questions. Please find phone numbers for all staff and the house rules flyer in the kitchen. At the gate, we also have a medical clinic and pharmacy. I am fluent in French, English, and Swedish (mother tongue). I will communicate with you before your arrival and during your stay. Feel free to send me any questions! At the compound, most staff speak both Filipino and English and some even Norwegian.

Best place by far I have ever stayed in the Philippines. Lots of thoughtful touches, well equipped full western-style kitchen and fast internet. Special mention has to go to the amazing shower and electric toilet which I’m already looking into getting one for myself. Everything you could want and more in this place. Only 2-3 mins walk to bulabog beach which is usually nice and quiet and excellent for a morning swim. Nice swimming pool and Gino always replies fast if you need anything at all. Lots of restaurants nearby and super close to the popular D’mall area. Thanks for a truly wonderful stay.
We had a very good stay at Gino's unit. The attention to detail evident in ensuring that we would find most everything we needed in his unit was very much appreciated. Boracay can be such a touristy place to visit but by staying at Gino's unit we were able to have a really personal and private experience in a a resort town known all over the world. We were able to cook our own delicious meals since the kitchen was well-equipped and well-appointed. We did our own laundry too, making full use of the washing machine, thanks too that the laundry detergent was provided. Although we hardly made use of either of the two large-screen television sets in the unit, these were welcome options to our stay. Finally, we went during the thick of the heat in the Philippine summer time and so the two air condition units made going back to his unit, when it became too hot outside, very welcome indeed. Having such a haven to stay in in such a place as Boracay does make the prospect of returning easy.
Staying at Gino's place was an absolute delight! The location couldn't have been more convenient, and the apartment had everything we needed. Gino was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our questions. The internet and air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. A special shoutout to Ludily for her sweet demeanor and excellent service. Our stay was truly memorable. 🔆✨💜
This is a very great Airbnb apartment equipped with just about everything you need for a very confortable stay. Very well located and close to everything. Gino is a great host and shared a lot of great spots in the area that we enjoyed exploring. Would absolutely recommend this place.
Absolute gem - felt like home. Fully furnished kitchen, super comfy bed, lots of amenities and well located near the best beaches. Can only recommend!

The 1BR apartment at Scandi Boracay is brand new (2017), and you will have it all for yourself ("Scandi Villas", building 3), 5-7 minutes walk to White Beach Station 2 and to the island's main shopping center "D'Mall" with many restaurants and boutiques. 3 minutes walk to Farmers Wet Market, Korean and Chinese grocery stores or Bulabog Beach (known as the tranquil area of the island, loved by kitesurfers). Guests chose Scandi Boracay apartments to be far enough from the busy areas but still close enough to have walking access to Boracay Islands most popular areas. There is also a gym 3 minutes away "Iron Throne" (bamboo house... around 40 peso).
It's very easy to find your way to Scandi Boracay apartments. If you arrive from the Boracy jetty port boat terminal you can share a public e-trike for about 15 minutes (30 php or 200 php for private) and jump off at Pink Moon/Mc Donald's D'Mall, or directly at Scandi Medical Clinic if you take a private ride.
