Welcome to your luxurious home from home. This adults-only homestay provides two bedrooms for guests and is an ideal haven for solo travellers. Panoramic views greet you from your room or the beautiful pool deck while enjoying a great breakfast served by your host. Stay fit by using the gym or cool down in the infinity pool. Arrange a picknic basket from your hostess and create your own party on the nearby beach. We have an exterior lift to help guests with mobility issues. Verano Homestay is a luxury guest house with three en-suite bedrooms and private balconies. Every room has panoramic sea views, and guests can enjoy the small gym, pool deck and infinity pool . This classy, tranquil haven is ideal for the solo traveller or writer who likes to work uninterrupted in a beautiful location. All rooms are equipped with a bar fridge, a kettle with tea and coffee fasilities, a hair dryer, shampoo , conditioner and bodywash, a small table and chairs on the balcony, dressing gowns and a Dyson air multiplier in addition to the ceiling fitted aircon. Room 2 features a dedicated work space with a desk and printer/copier.

Annamarie ist eine großartige Person und Gastgeberin. Der Aufenthalt in ihrer luxuriösen, privaten Villa war der Beste den wir je hatten. Ein Homestay ist mehr als nur ein Apartment. Die Gastgeberin serviert jeden Morgen ein ausgiebiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Nehmt euch die Zeit, neben dem Frühstück und der einzigartigen Aussicht, sich mit Annamarie auszutauschen. Es lohnt sich! Desweiteren kann Sie euch super Tipps zur Rollervermietung und lokalen Spots geben. Wir werden Annamarie definitiv weiterempfehlen und erneut besuchen. Liebe Grüße Richard + Josi
We stayed 20 days at Annemarie's House. For us she is the perfect host. The delicious breakfast is like a brunch. The house is up on hill, so you need a bike or a car. The view from the bedroom and the terrace is extraordinary.
This was one of the best AirBnB's we have been, if not the top no 1! The house is located in such a private, calm and beutiful area. The house and room were extraordinarily clean and all the furniture with high quality. We really felt just like home, Annamarie was so warm and welcoming. If you doubt which accommodation to choose, then I promise you won't be disappointed staying in Annamarie's house! We really enjoyed the abundant breakfast with a wide view, our room balcony and also pool area with again incredible view!

Das war der schönste AirBnB Aufenthalt den ich je hatte! Bei Annamarie zu übernachten ist AirBnB Luxe Niveau. Vom Zimmer, zur Einrichtung des Hauses (beides äußerst ästhetisch und entspannt), Kleinigkeiten wie der immer frischen Poolhandtücher, der perfekten Hostqualitäten (diskret, zuvorkommend, unterhaltsam, Gefühl für Timings…) bis zum Frühstück alles perfekt abgestimmt. Last but not least ist die Aussicht wunderschön und die Nachbarschaft einfach super schick und ästhetisch. Es ist wirklich mehr als empfehlenswert. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und auch mal für einen Monat buchen!

Verano Homestay is located 150 m above the beautiful Chaweng Noi beach. The villa is in a quiet housing estate with gorgeous views and 1.2 km away from the beach. If you drive, free parking is available; please note you would need a four-wheel drive or similar powerful automobile /motorbike to reach your destination.
taxi services are available in Samui. Also you can rent a car or motor bike to get arrond the island.
