The home is located in Villanova a traditional fishing village only 5 minutes away from Ostuni. Come relax in the stunning private back yard, complete with sweeping views of the sea and surrounding Apulian landscape. The exclusive beach dedicated to this gated community is only a few steps away. Inside you will find a newly renovated space with fully equipped kitchen, including an American-style refrigerator, multiple ovens, dish washer and gas range. The large central kitchen island is great for entertaining and of course, cooking a delicious meal with friends in a gorgeous setting. A large dining and living area allows you to work remotely or stream movies with our smart TV, featuring Starlink internet provider. Our 3 bedrooms offer all the comforts of a modern day home with air conditioning and 3 dedicated bathrooms. Enjoy amazing sea views and sunsets from the rooftop, while sipping a spritz for aperitivo!

My family of five had a lovely stay. Beautiful, and peaceful property with a stunning view of the sea. Walking distance to local restaurants and a convenient location for day trips to surrounding cities. The home had everything you would need during your stay and Tina went above and beyond with delicious welcome treats. Tina has great connections for local experiences.
Tina was the perfect host. The house was absolutely beautiful and the 180’ water view was amazing. We were greeted with wine, cheese and other goodies. The house is perfectly located with short walks to restaurants, bakeries, coffee and fresh fish. Can’t wait to return. Tina was extremely responsive to any of our questions. She also went out of her way in making our 2 1/2 year old grandson feel at home. Thank you, Tina
Beautiful spot overlooking the water. Clean modern home that is very well stocked and good for our family. Host had beach toys for our toddler and other generous toys and blankets for us to use. It was a challenging area in the shoulder season with limited business hours/many businesses being closed. Loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone who would like a relaxing stay near the water!

Annette Marie was an absolutely wonderful host. She greeted us (2 couples) personally with a warm and inviting reception. She walked us through her beautiful, immaculate and well appointed home (which was even nicer than the pictures). She also provided us with lots of local and area insight that helped us with our planning. We were thrilled with the treats she left for us that helped us settle in and live like it was our own home. What a wonderful place to come home to at the end of a busy day of touring. The view of the sea was stunning with a patio and terrace to enjoy our morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Lovely beaches close by too. This location was a great hub to branch out to so many places in Puglia. Not a shortage of highlights in this region. I would highly recommend booking this home with Annette Marie!

The beach of Villanova is one of the most famous and popular in the area of Marina di Ostuni, the beautiful city known as the "White City". Villanova is a charming town that has sandy beaches, small coves and flat cliffs on which you can relax kissed by the sun, very similar to those of the nearby Costa Merlata .
There are 2 bicycles located on the property for use by our guests. It is a short ride or even walk, if you feel adventurous, to the nearby port.
