What a terrific apartment! We were delighted to be in Coogee, close enough to walk to the beach (which we did frequently) but not right in the middle of the traffic and crowds. The building is super quiet and the little park out the back of the apartment was lovely (lots of bird song!). Clay was super generous with his time. Always responsive. A great coffee machine and kitchen, and we loved the TV set-up. Easy parking out front. Overall, a really well designed and comfortable apartment. We hadn't been back in Sydney for a while, and this was a prefect trip home. Loved it all.

Clays place was in a great location to Coogee and close to bus stop to the city. Very clean and well equipped. Easy communication and thankful for the lovely local restaurant recommendations. Thanks Clay!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Clay's. The place is extremely comfortable, very clean and super well located. Clay is a fantastic host - very helpful and friendly, just a pleasure to deal with. My partner has had an injury when we travelled there and Clay was very helpful and supportive, making our travels so much easier. In general, I had a sense that he really cares about his guests having a good experience, which is wonderful to see. The place in itself is great, and I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen (where there are always those little essentials that you always need to cook a meal), the very comfortable shower and the patio. I would definitely recommend this listing!
