The building and the apartment were in perfect conditions. Very nice and comfortable apartment, nice view and great location near the marina area and beaches.

We arrived at midnight with 3 children in a dirty and freezing apartment. Only the sheets have been changed but the floors and bathrooms were dirty. Crumbs, critters, confetti, dirty glasses, bandage forgotten under a bed.... Plus, there was no window in the mamad and no heating! We slept frozen and catch a cold. We slept with our clothes. We finally talked to the owner to get radiators (But only 3, and one didn’t work, so 2 finally for 4 rooms and the living room) The manager told us that cleaning was done as usual and that the windows were opened for ventilation as usual. The second night the system alarm rang all night. He also threatened to give us a bad tenant rating if we did not provide a good comment ! It was my worst experience, and it's a shame because the building is brand new, and the apartment is very beautiful. But they are cutting costs where they shouldn't be. This way, you know what awaits you.
