Ideal for a leisure or business stay, come and enjoy this 36 m² apartment with its small terrace. Calm 15 minutes from the center of Paris. It is located in the heart of the town center of Bagnolet, less than 200m from the town hall, restaurants, supermarkets and small quality shops (bakeries, delicatessen, wine cellar...). The accommodation is very comfortable: wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, washing machine, recent bedding. The metro Gallieni is very close (500 m) on foot from the apartment. The 36 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor with a private terrace. The entrance hall gives access to: – a large living room with bay window opening onto the balcony, fully equipped open and functional kitchen (kettle, espresso coffee machine, utensils, plates and cutlery, hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer), washing machine . There is a dining table as well as an office table. A sofa and a coffee table. – a bedroom with good bedding (recent, 140x200), storage and French window opening onto the balcony (sheets provided). – a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet (towels provided) You will benefit from an outdoor balcony/terrace with table and chairs overlooking a tree-lined garden (not accessible).

Benjamin was exceptionally attentive, quick to respond to my request. The exterior neighborhood doesn't match the interior of the apartment building or the apartment itself. Quick Metro ride back into Paris, less costly stay in Bagnolet. The apartment has a very nice patio that is great for morning coffee or evening chill. Overall great stay. Should accommodate 2 adults comfortably.
We were in the place at the beginning of April, we spent a few days there and everything was perfect. The communication with Benjamin was the best, he was always attentive, the place is exactly as described, there is no doubt that the next time we visit Paris we will stay there, thank you very much for the hospitality.
Great place
Accueil sympathique - Petites attentions fort agréables (coca ds le frigo, petits bonbons, ce qu'il faut pour la table, etc.....). Logement très propre, agréable et bien équipé, donnant sur terrasse et jardin. Seul petit bémol : manque un peu de clarté à certains moments de la journée, mais profitez de la terrasse pour prendre un petit café ....ou autre .... est vraiment un plus ! A recommander .
Appartement tres joli et fonctionnel. Parfait pour un sejour à 2. Bien placé pour profiter de Paris en toute liberté sans l effervescence. Grand plus: tous les commerces a proximité Marie et Benjamin sont tres arrangeants et répondent tres rapidement. Nous recommanderons ce logement à notre entourage
