This house will seduce you with its large volumes and its comfortable rest area. Very sunny, the bay windows open onto a vast garden with trees all around the house. The beaches are 12 minutes away, the Vilaine and the GR 1 minute by car. An ideal house for spending family holidays with all the space necessary to be comfortable: master suite on the ground floor, spacious upper floor, large bedrooms, beautiful fireplace, oil heating, serene and tree-lined view. The rest area consists of a beautiful landing opening onto 3 cozy bedrooms and the bathroom. The lower master suite will allow you to benefit from an accessible and practical sleeping place without stairs. Lots of light, soft colors and a high ceiling offer an impression of calm and serenity. The ground floor is equipped with a beautiful living room including kitchen, family table, fireplace and large living room with sofas and bay windows. Outside, treat yourself to a peaceful bath in nature. Barbecue, lounge chairs, parasol, table and chairs are at your disposal. Join the banks of Vilaine and the GR in 1 minute, and the most beautiful beaches of Pénestin in 12 minutes.

Superbe maison au calme et super accueil de la part de Lucille! Très arrangeante et de bon conseil, nous avons passé un super moment. rien à redire, je recommande!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille dans cette grande maison. Il faudrait cependant penser à faire quelques travaux. Des petits détails qui rendent le séjour moins confortable. Dommage car la maison a beaucoup de potentiel ! Sinon très bon contact avec Lucille toujours très réactive merci :)

The small villages of CAMOEL or ARZAL offer the possibility of touring all of Morbihan in a short time: the beaches of Pénestin, and in particular "la Mine d'Or" are 10 minutes away, the small town of La Roche Bernard too. In 30 minutes we are in St Nazaire, Vannes or in the Gulf. You will also be ideally located to visit the Parc de La Brière, Guérande and its salt marshes, the magnificent Branféré zoo, the Arzal dam, the small port of Tréhiguier and its mussel tastings, its small café for regulars, and other nice addresses to discover. Practical, you will find all the useful shops: grocery store, bakery, hairdresser, flea market, restaurant, distributor of baguettes or pizzas, grilled chickens in summer, accras, fruits.

You will find the nautical base in Pénestin, a kite surfing spot at 'Pont Mahé', as well as a paragliding spot at the Mine d'Or. In Arzal, 3 minutes away, you can take advantage of kayak rentals on the Vilaine, at the "Au fil des eaux" leisure center. Bike rental companies offer classic or electric rentals.
The geographical area is full of small paths for walks, on foot or by bike, with in particular the GR34 and 349 which pass near the house.
