Modernized newly renovated mid century cottage in the city conveniently close to everything the city and surrounding areas have to offer. Pet friendly with a huge fenced in private backyard with large entertaining space. It is 2 Miles from Wake Forest University and Reynolda Gardens. Multiple shopping centers with various grocery, shopping, pharmacy options and many restaurants are within 1 mile. It is also a mere 30min drive to Pilot Mountain State Park for hiking and stunning views. Renovated 2BR1Ba home with modern kitchen that exits to a large 20’x40’ patio featuring covered outdoor dining, wood burning fire-pit, propane grill and large maintained fenced in yard for pets and children. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit. Relax indoors in the living room which boasts a 70” HDTV with DVD/Blu-Ray and an antique mid century wood burning fireplace. Bedrooms feature 1 king and 1 queen bed and each has its own smart TV.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Our corgi loved the back yard and we enjoyed the fire pit. Our infant was with us and the house is great for kids-outlets protected, plastic dishes for kids and high chair. We were comfortable and really appreciated the small touches like having extra laundry detergent and dish soap on hand.

We had great stay and would highly recommend this house with anyone visiting Winston-Salem. Our kids and dog loved the huge backyard (fenced in). Alex was a great host and was extremely helpful with our situation.

Neighborhood is off a main road very close to Wake Forest University, Reynolda Gardens, Shopping, and Dining. Within walking distance on the sidewalk are free tennis courts, an outdoor calisthenics gym, and city park with playground for children. The YMCA is also less than a mile away.
Drive, bike, walk, or take a city bus ($1 fare and bus stop within short walking distance). Free uncovered parking on the property can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.
