Size of the condo is adequate for 5 people. The view from the balcony is great and we enjoyed it very much. Easy access to the beach. However: We were not allowed to use the washing machine which would be a problem for guests with kids. The guest bathroom had a dirty oriental rug on the floor, the bathroom walls were dirty with something sticky, the door was dirty around and beneath the door handle (brown handprints) and the water faucet sprayed water all over our clothes when we turned it on. There were no facecloths provided but we messaged them and they were brought to us promptly. The blinds in the front bedrooms didn’t prevent the outside lights from shining through onto the bed. Need better blinds or drapes. The twin mattresses and box springs are completely worn out. The rug in the living room was dirty and the furniture was uncomfortable. Overall, I didn’t feel like the condo was as clean as it should have been. My friends and I decided that our stay here was fair.
