Good apartment. Nice location. Friendly and helpful host. Things to consider - thin walls, you can hear everything what neighbors do. And bright light from the opposite building. Good place for people who can sleep in any conditions. But I would prefer to have curtains made from other materials which don’t let light through

The apartment is comfortable and is in good condition. The checkin process is simple and convenient. The price is reasonable. The apartment would benefit from blackout curtains. I highly recommend landlord to buy ones. Current curtains are half transparent and you may find it uncomfortable to sleep due to the building's lighting. The apartment is located in a huge 50 story building. There are always crowds near the elevators and you have to wait a bit long sometimes. They are still building something outside near the entrance to the building that might be a little inconvenient.
