I stayed here for a month. Check-in was easy. Almost everything we needed for our stay was there. The rooms are clean and look just like the pictures. I especially liked the balcony. It is nice and sunny in the morning with a nice view. The view from the balcony changes with time and weather. Some days the ocean shines, some days the city looks beautiful lit up by the setting sun, and some days you can see a rainbow. The old town, the sea, and supermarkets are within a 10-minute walk, and markets and shopping centers can be reached by uber for roughly 5€. The host is prompt and attentive in his replies and responses. Very good hosts. I dare say that the only drawback is the lack of a washing machine. There is one on site, but it is expensive (8€ for washing, 4€ for drying for 45 minutes) and there is only one machine each, so if there are many users, you have to wait. However, it is right in front of the building, so going there will not be inconvenient.

We really liked the location, quiet, close to old town and grocery shopping. Although it’s a studio it felt roomy for two people. I would recommend Carlos’s apartment.

This place was absolutely incredible and top of my list in my experience so far. The flat is impecabilly clean and has all the equipment you can think of, from iron, hoover, hairdryer, to all sorts of things in the kitchen such as peeler, tall glasses, colander you name it, it has it all, Carlos and Victoria have definitely thought everything through. It's not too big but really cosy, only a short walk from the beach. The view from the balcony is even better than I thought, the sunrise pictures are incredible. Carlos and Victoria were super responsive and gave great recommendations. I also appreciated the lovely gift they left. On the second day the toaster broke, the next day they already brought me a new one. I cannot recommend this place enough and I will definitely want to stay there again if I come back to Algarve. Beautiful apartment in the old town. very good location and nicely maintained complex. Lovely and cozy apartment. Responsive and kind hosts. Highly recommended.
