Our stunning historic mansion offers Logan Circle Park as its front yard. You are within a 2-10 minute walk to a Whole Foods market, Giant supermarket, and Trader Joe's. We are steps from 14th street and U Street corridors, and a short walk to Dupont to the west, along with the trendy Shaw neighborhood to the east, with all the restaurants, cafes and nightlife they have to offer. It is a quick stroll to the Convention Center, and well located for easy access to the National Mall (20 minutes on foot, quick cab/uber ride, or #52 bus straight down 14th Street.) and the White House (15 minutes on foot) and a lovely springtime stroll beyond that to Washington, DC's spectacular cherry blossom trees! The apartment does not have dedicated parking, however we can occasionally offer an off-street parking spot for a fee. And we always can provide you with a DC Guest Parking Pass for street parking. Please note that parking is at your own risk. While the pass is helpful, you still have to be aware of street signs and parking restrictions in order to avoid a ticket. We recommend walking, Metro, cab, Uber, MetroBus, and Capital BikeShare to get around. If you want to try Capital BikeShare, we suggest downloading
the Capital Bikeshare app, which will tell you all the nearest stations and how many bikes or empty slots are available.
