This mid-century modern home has 2 bedrooms, with a queen bed and a bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on top). A living room where you can relax on the sofa with a smart TV that includes Netflix. We have a small dedicated working area with high-speed internet. A bright and fully equipped kitchen where you can cook up a feast. We are within walking distance to downtown Rochester, Mayo Clinic, restaurants, bus stops, and the Rochester trail systems. This house is perfectly suited for both short-term and long-term stays. All bedrooms are located on the main floor. There is a full bath with tub/shower on the main floor as well. The property is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, ensuring that you can always enjoy a comfortable environment. In the basement, there is a small hang out space with a foosball table, as well as the washer/dryer. Lastly, there is a gravel lot behind the house that can fit parking for 2+ cars.

What a cute little find! This is perfect for anyone visiting Rochester but doesn’t want to stay in a hotel. You have everything you need for a nice stay and can stay together as a family. This location is walkable to a few paths either around silver lake or a nerby river. And if you’re up for it walking to grab tacos at Coronas is a must. You have 3 places to grab coffee all within a few blocks! Down town (aka Mayo) is a super easy navigation as you just have to get on broadway and you’re basically there! Would recommend, we might have family stay here in the future!
This is our second time staying at The Cozy Hideaway, it feels like home away from home. This beautiful space is clean and modern, coming here after a long day brings so much peace. Audrey is a fantastic host who is super accommodating and quick to respond. You can’t ask for a better experience 🫶 we will be back!
We had to find a place quickly because our stay at Mayo was extended. Audrey was quick to reply and told us we could check in early without us having to ask. We (my brother and I) loved the two-bedroom house. We made several meals and all the kitchen equipment was there that we needed. There was a grocery store two blocks away. I also found my way to several shopping centers easily. Beds were comfortable. I had one question about the WIFI and Audrey got back to me right away and cleared it up. Very happy and we would definitely stay there again. Loved the decor also. I want to copycat a few of her ideas in my home. :)
I highly recommend this fabulous getaway!

1 minute walk to bus stop on Broadway Ave. This bus stop serves route 21, 101, 103, 150X, and 505. All bus routes will end at Mayo Clinic campus.
