Robert place was great! First and foremost I want to say I really enjoy my stay . My family and I were in town for a baseball tournament. We were schedule to play early Thursday morning and Robert made sure to accommodate our needs so our player can get a good night rest! His check in instructions were great and any thing I needed he responded right away with booking , arriving and check out. Home was clean. Original post stated two beds in each room but he made sure to let me know that had change before we check in and we appreciated that. Over all he is and was a great host and will be looking forward to staying again in the future . Thank you

It was an unfortunate week that we all were very excited for. It started off by 2 families needing 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, and 2 bathrooms. A few days after cancellation policy had expired, Robert decided to tell me that one bedroom was changed to a single bed vs the advertised 2 beds. It was changed the week prior, when Robert and I had conversations over that time, but he waited to tell me until after cancellation policy. The AC worked the first 1.5 days, but stopped working on Saturday evening and the feel like temps were 110 degrees. Robert was upset about having to pay a weekend rate to fix and said it would be fixed on Monday. After demanding it to be fixed on Sunday due to the excessive heat warnings, he did get it fixed, but we shouldn’t have had to argue about it. The one bed is stuck on an incline and he wouldn’t fix it. Another bed frame was somewhat glued together. The shower doors are off their tracks. Upsetting stay, but made the best of it. Communication lacking.

Robert was such a great host! My family and I enjoyed our stay. He made us feel welcomed and right at home. He was also super responsive and replied quickly to all of our questions and concerns. A very generous host! Will be booking this same space for our next visit!
