Great location and view. On the other hand , hard bed, old room that looks old .. quite falling a part and not the cleanest. Hosting company is sending many messages via Sms/mail , quite annoying and mostly useless stuff. Our internet didnt work , we asked them to call us on the first day - no one called us back , we explained the problem and followed their instructions asked again for help sec day .. they promised to check and never got back to us.. thats how it is when many people give service to many flats but communications cuts off when someone goes home and the new person asks the same things all over again and has no idea what was discussed or happend before . It was in a hotel , but staff dosent want to help , because we were not “real” guests but AirBNB. This should be clarified better conditions and how does this relation to the hotel works.

Excellent central location. The balcony is awesome. Unit has everything you need. Had a great stay.

Some issues: - Baby bath was delivered 4 days late as not provided even though was asked for in advance. - Very poor bath towels which were half sized and small in quantity. We were 3 adults. - Only 4 small toilet rolls provided. - No laundry room as advertised. This meant I had to pay for third party to do my laundry which was expensive, though HolyGuest agreed to compensate for. As of writing this, I have not received the money back yet. - Some of the furniture was well worn. Especially the kitchen table and its survace.
