"David's place had everything we needed to feel right at home. The place was clean and even provided extra essentials for cleaning if needed. The home was just a very short drive to the beach, and David was even kind enough to provide beach gear such as surfboards, beach toys, and beach chairs, which was so helpful! This was our first family vacation, and this home felt perfect! We would definitely rebook this place for our future South Padre stays if available. Thank you for making us feel welcome and right at home!

"Here Comes The Sun" was a wonderful home. Plenty of place and amenities. Thank you so much for the extra offerings of games, beach chairs, coolers, etc. All around 5 stars, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future. P.S. - To the other guest that complained about the A/C, we did not have any issues whatsoever relating to the A/C. The thermostat is set on an automatic timer, and that is understandable since the home is not constantly occupied. I had no problems once I switched the thermostat to ON instead of AUTO. The issue appears to be a simple user error on the other guest's part.

The place was amazing, I went done for my bachelor party. Close to the island and plenty of room to park. The host was ready to see us when we got there and let us check in early. I definitely would come back

Lovely home. Easy and flexible check in. Had a binder with recommendations and instructions which was very helpful. Only down side was the AC during our stay. The AC wouldn’t go lower than 80/82 degrees, even at night.
