Overall the stay was okay. Could have been cleaner. There was noticeable stains on bedding. Only one bath towel was provided even though there was 3 of us staying. We did pre book a cot and then arrived at the property and were told it will be sent to our room, waited 2 hours and nothing came, went back to reception only to be told there is no cot available, so had to keep baby on bed with us. Location is good. Parking was okay price £6.95 for 24 hours.

Fantastic stay. Car park literally around the corner. The downstairs shop is open 24/7. Host was super responsive and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed, including a washing machine and a fan for when i was unwell with a high temperature. Mocktar also supported with a personal matter which helped me tremendously. I stayed for over 4 weeks and it was home from home for me. Need a short or long stay, Boathouse is your perfect stay and as a plus, there's a lift!! Reception is also there all the time for your Airbnb needs!
