Both bathroom and toilet are for your private use. There is also a small kitchenette with accessories. We stayed a whole week in this nice airbnb and it was more than perfect. The room has a nice ambiente and the bed is very good. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the calm and green neighboorhood. Rene was a very good host and we had some interessting talks. We would come back anytime and we do hightly recommand this place. Thanks Rene and see you soon!
Hello! My partner and I stayed here for his 21st birthday surprise! The house had amazing facilities, and the host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Though we did not meet him personally due to our packed schedule, we had a lovely experience and his advice on public transport was EXTREMELY helpful!! His place was full of local recommendations and would 100% stay again!
This is our second time to stay at Rene's apartment. The experience was great. We will come back again when next time in Eindhoven.
The accommodation was just like on the photos. Every room that was meant for us to use were extremely clean and functional. The bubble bath was fun, but make sure not to use too much shower gel :D. We were even able to cook in the tea kitchen not only make delicious coffee and tea. Rene was very kind and helpful. He always responded quickly when we had some questions or issues. We highly recommend Rene's place. Have a wonderful stay ;)

The house is located on a quiet street with lots of greenery. Across the street is Landgoed de Grote Beek, where you can take a walk in the woods within 3 minutes. Supermarket (1 km) and a large shopping center (1.5 km) are a short distance away.
Bus stops are within walking distance and the bus takes you to the heart of Eindhoven in 10 minutes. The airport is also a short distance away (5.5 km). You are not bothered by overcoming planes. If you travel by car, you can park for free in front of the door. Electric scooters and bicycles available within walking distance.
