The location is perfect for everything you need in La Jolla. Easy to walk, shop, get to restaurants, have a massage, go to the movies, and walk to the beach. Laura was quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning. Her condo was quite comfortable and well-furbished with condiments. Thank you Laura.

Really enjoyed my stay. The team here was very responsive, and some one was here to welcome me and let me in at check- in which was very nice. The apartment was clean, just like pictures and very well stocked - from laundry detergent to cooking oil to yoga mat! There’s a nice little patio where I would sip my morning coffee. The location is walkable to everything. Theres a grocery store right across and it’s a few blocks from the beach. The one con is that the patio faces a busy street and shares space with the neighbors so it can get a bit noisy.

Absolutely stay here! We loved our time here. We spent a month and had the best time ever! Amazing location within walking distance to everything,hosts were so responsive and endless things to do. Bed was large and comfy, we both worked from home. Would stay here again.

First and foremost, this apartment's central location to the beaches, cove, restaurants, grocery stores, etc was phenomenal. On top of that, the building is well lit and very secure, so as a solo female traveller, I felt very safe/secure and was in a great location - all that made this stay great and worth it! On top of that, Laura was a responsive host, especially when I had wifi issues. I stayed for a month to work remotely and didn't have wifi issues until the very last week. However, there are some things I wanted to point out for others as an FYI - the unit comes stocked with basic things you may need throughout a long-term stay. The one bedroom is a little cramped with oversized furniture, but it wasn't too big of a deal. The unit is a little darker than shown in the pictures, but there's windows you can open. However, if you open the windows you need to take into account that the patio/backdoor faces a busy street and touches your neighbor's patio, and the bedroom faces the main hallway. So although I could've made the apartment brighter, I didn't feel too comfortable given the road's noise or passing neighbors. Although the unit was perfect for me, it is a small space. It makes sense how they only allow 2 guests at a time. If you are planning on working remotely, I think there's only enough space for one person to work comfortably.
