Perfectly located to walk to many of our favorite places in Uptown. The apartment itself was spacious and offered enough room for the 6 guests. The pool area was nice to relax in as well. However there were a couple let downs. After booking the reservation, a form is sent out to collect guest information. On the form it requests car information. From there we presumed parking is included, it is not. I wish this would’ve been conveyed since before check in we asked about parking and our question wasn’t answered. They were fast to respond with most other things though which was appreciated. The next let down was the confusion on instructions. Whoever we chatted with didn’t know car information was requested so it became a slight back and forth through chat. Additionally, check out details say to throw trash out in the trash chute, but after we couldn’t locate the chute, the maid instructed to leave in the space. We just wanted consistency in information. Everything else was fine.
