In the heart of Mennonite country, in a peaceful community, next to so many attractions and activities. -Walk to the Conestoga Golf Club and a 5 minute drive to Grey Silo Golf Course and Rim Park. - 5 min. drive to St Jacobs and the Farmers Market. -Walk to a Grand River canoe launch and easy access to all of the trails - 15 min. drive to the Elora Mill and Casino/horse races. - 15 min. drive to UofW and Wilfred Laurier University - 5 minute drive to the West Montrose Covered Bridge This is a bright sunny home that is warm and inviting. The open concept main floor has a kitchen with island, great room with cathedral ceilings and south facing windows, separate dining room, separate office and a 2 piece bath. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms each with their own 5 piece bathroom, and laundry facilities. The back yard is accessible from the walkout patio and is fully fenced. The patio is spacious with lounge furniture, gas firebowl and gas BBQ .

Kelly's home was perfect for a small women's gathering and training we hosted. Everyone felt right at home, and noticed how beautifully it was decorated. It was peaceful, cozy, clean and luxurious. It suited our needs perfectly. We were able to cook meals easily, and relax in the bathtubs. The entire space felt like a home away from home. Kelly was a great host and easy to communicate with. We loved that she had fresh flowers on the kitchen counter. Such a great stay and hope to be back!

Easily one of the best AirBnB's I've ever stayed at. The house is comfortable, clean, has every amenity you need. The mattress was comfortable, as was the couch. Lots of space, great backyard for the dogs! Absolutely loved it and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Kelly was an excellent host!

Located in a quiet upscale residential neighbourhood surrounded by the Conestoga Golf course and the Grand River. Mennonite flower stands and vegetable markets are scattered everywhere in the countryside and the village has a couple of great dining spots. It is close to the attractions and trails, yet right next to the City for any of your functions. Walk to the Grand River from the house. Hang a right to go to the city, or hang a left to remain in the countryside.
