Immaculately renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite in a multi-unit building only two blocks from Downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. The primary bedroom of this 843 sqft unit has a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bath with dual-sink vanity and shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bath with a rain shower/tub combo. The full kitchen has all stainless appliances with an open-concept living and dining room. In addition, there is an in-unit washer/dryer, a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features, and a Samsung split heating/AC system in all rooms for ultimate comfort. NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above lower units; please know this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to respect noise levels at all hours to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Noise can also be heard from downstairs units. *NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.* *PETS: ALLOWED with a $50 pet fee and two pet max per unit. (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). This was my best AirBnB stay to date. The descriptions were accurate and there were no misleading photos to hide the size of the place. Parking in SB can be a pain, but the parking area unexpectedly nice. My overall favorite takeaway was the communication. It was the perfect balance of hands-off and provided information. I would definitely recommend.
This place is very well situated for walking, the parking lot is convenient. The amenities are spot on and the place itself fit our needs perfectly. No complaints whatsoever.
We had a fabulous stay. The apartment was beautiful and it was extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. The host left plenty of washing powder and supplies which was extremely generous. The apartment was well located and walkable to State Street and to the Harbour. We loved everything about our stay, it was great for a family with children. We loved our stay.
