LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT ♡: This 90 m2 apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people and features air conditioning, WiFi fiber, Netflix and Spotify subscriptions, and secure parking. Bonnegrâce beach, just 150 m away, is a popular spot for water sports, including surfing, windsurfing, wingfoil and paddleboarding. The pretty Provencal port of Sanary offers numerous events, a renowned market and pretty shopping streets, all within walking distance. The apartment has a large, sunny balcony with sea views, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with bath, shower and toiletries. The living room includes a large sofa with a two-seater meridienne, a high-end 75-inch (190 cm) TV and a Google Home speaker with a subscription to the music of your choice. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds, and one also has a large 60-inch (152 cm) TV. Each room is also equipped with a silent ceiling fan in addition to air conditioning. The apartment's tranquil location makes it an ideal choice for those seeking a relaxing environment, even during the day. The area offers numerous cycling and hiking trails. The 391-hectare Janas forest, just 6 km away, is an ideal location for family outings or mountain biking, with its dense and varied vegetation providing shade. We recently stayed at this apartment for a few weeks and had a fantastic experience. The area is highly walkable with a grocery store, restaurants, pastry shops, and other amenities all within easy walking distance. The beach is also just a couple of minutes away on foot, which was a wonderful bonus. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and spacious. It is well-equipped in every way, especially the kitchen, which has everything you need for cooking. The host is terrific, responding promptly to any questions we had. Parking is excellent, which made the days we had a car very convenient. Additionally, the hot water and water pressure are great, and the Wi-Fi is extraordinarily fast, making it easy to stay connected. Overall, this apartment provided a wonderful home away from home and we highly recommend it.

Très bel appartement, situé juste à côté de la plage de Bonnegrâce. Thibaut est un hôte accueillant, réactif et de bons conseils tout au long du séjour. Le logement est bien équipé et bien décoré avec de belles plantes. Les lits sont faits, on a juste à poser ses valises. La vue sur mer du balcon est appréciable.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans le logement spacieux, fonctionnel, bien équipé comme chez soi, dans une résidence calme et sécurisée proche de la mer. Literie de bonne qualité. A noter que tous les sièges sont haut, donc attention si l'on a un problème de dos ou de genou. Petit problème de compréhension de l'annonce résolu grâce à de bons échanges avec sandrine et thibaut.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’immeuble est très calme. Les équipements dans l’appartement sont de bonne qualité. De belles balades en bord de mer, des activités sympa avec notre petit fils, Var Lamas entre autres.

A beautiful bicycle path along the beach of BONNEGRÂCE allows you to easily walk or cycle to the neighboring town of SANARY. Besides the inescapable charms of the town and its authentic and charming port, do not hesitate to go exploring by going to see the coves also called CALANQUES or go further out to see the whales and dolphins!
In the opposite direction, you can reach the beaches of LA COUDOULIÈRE, DU RAYOLET, DU CROS or DES CHARMETTES and the district of BRUSC. You can visit the peninsula of GAOU, go to the island of EMBIEZ just opposite or walk through the great JANAS FOREST.
You can easily get to the center of SIX-FOURS by going up the Avenue de la Mer and go to the beautiful creeks of FABREGAS and MAR VIVO at la SEYNE-SUR-MER or to the beautiful beach of SABLETTES located at 7.5 km. From there, for the price of a bus ticket, it will be pleasant to cross the port of TOULON by boat.

If you prefer to drive, the Residence has a fenced collective parking lot.
In summer, we recommend to walk or ride a bike. This way you can avoid the traffic and the parking problems.
