Excellent location and great apartment with all amenities as listed. Extremely clean upon arrival. Parking is secure and decent sized car parks. Lots to do in the area. Great little outdoor area for relaxing in. Lock box for key pick up is offsite and in a busy location. Would be difficult if you need to uber/taxi around the city. Dishes are required to be cleaned upon checkout as expected however no sponges or cloths were made available to do this. Minor inconvenience. Linen/quilt on the bed is made up of 2x sheets and 1x thin blanket. Could do with a proper quilt cover and sheet set.

Was a lovely and clean place, only downfall was that the pool, gym and undercover parking were all under construction and I didn’t find out until I got to the apartment.
The apartment itself was really nice, I was just a bit disappointed with the lack of transparency from the hosts on their check-in and check-out procedure, which they did not fully disclose to me at the time of booking. The booking description said the check-in method would be “host check-in”, which I assumed meant that I would be met by the host outside the apartment block I was staying in, as is the case with most Air BnBs. However after making the non- refundable booking, I was sent instructions to pick up and drop off the keys to their office 10mins away from where I was staying, which is not very inconvenient if you do not have a car. I was only accommodated in the end (by leaving the keys in the apartment) after pointing out their deceptive advertising. It is also important to note that the “shared pool” is undergoing a major refurbishment and will not be available to guests until March 2024, along with the gym.

An inner eastern suburb of Perth, Rivervale is nestled near the Swan River, less than 5 kms from Perth centre, and happily situated within the City of Belmont - shops, cinemas, restaurants, cafes, nightlife & bars - everything you need!
Rivervale has a friendly laidback style with many parks and outdoor areas, and lots of activities near by - unusual for an inner-city suburb.
Shopping is close by with Belmont Forum offering hours of retail therapy, food and drink options as well as a cinema.
Rivervale is so close to Perth CBD and the Swan River, and has several easy access points of public transport. Buses run almost every direction as well as the local train lines.
Secluded from the main highways but exceptional access to anywhere you need to go - right near Great Eastern Highway, Orrong Road, and the Graham Farmer Freeway - travelling where ever you need to go is a breeze!
