Tregwylan is a tastefully decorated town house located near the centre of Nefyn. Recently renovated and keeping many of its original features it has all you will need for a comfortable holiday in this beautiful part of North Wales. The house consists of entrance hall leading to kitchen, dining and lounge areas, the kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. There is WiFi througout the property. The kitchen lounge has smart TV, comfortable seating and features a wood burning stove. The main lounge features large leather settees, fireplace and wall mounted smart TV,Hi Fi with a selection of CD's, a great place to chill out, relax, play games, socialise and enjoy family time. Stairs lead off the hall to the first floor, further down the hall is the utility with larger fridge freezer, washing machine At the back of the ground floor is the main dining room with large table and plenty of seating leading to the outdoor space with seating, dining and gas BBQ. There is also a down stairs WC and shower room. First floor has main bath and shower room and 4 large bedrooms, 1 double, 2 king size, and 1 twin room. Large top floor can be used as a family room with Superking size bed, with an option for an extra guest bed on request. This has an en-suite shower room and moutain and sea views through velux windows. The property has recently been renovated and features a mix of original and modern design. It is comfortable with all you need for a relaxing stay across all seasons. Click on this link to see a video House is laid out across ground, first and second floor. Sleeping accommodation is on first and second floors. Ground floor has 2 seperate lounge areas, fully equipped kitchen and utility, dining room leading to rear garden/courtyard. Shower/Bathrooms and toilets on all floors 5 large bedrooms. 1 superking bed with en suite bathroom ( top floor) 2 king size bedrooms, 1 double, and 1 twin bedroom. Top floor family room has an additional pull out single guest bed so can sleep an additional person by prior arrangement and extra fee.

Tregwylan is situated just 50 metres from the centre of Nefyn town, close to local shops, pubs, restaurants and bars and just 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach. All the other small towns and villages on the Llyn Peninsular are at most 20 minutes away, a huge choice of well known beaches, pubs, restaurants within 15 minutes. Abersoch is on trend & a popular place to visit, Aberdaron is small and beautiful, Pwllheli has all the amenities of a large town with supermarkets, coffee shops and the old town with smaller shops and boutiques, nearby there is the fully equipped marina.
There are many beautiful places to visit locally and many great walks along the Wales Coastal Path.
Morfa Nefyn is the next village with its famous golf course and just below that the world famous Ty Coch beach pub and restaurant.

From Pwllheli centre head West on the A499 main road to Abersoch and Llanbedrod. At the roundabout at the petrol station take the second exit signposted to Nefyn, A497 for 5 miles at the roundabout with the Y Bryncynan pub take the 3rd exit signposted to Nefyn ( not Morfa Nefyn) drive through Nefyn, past the Spar, straight over the mini roundabout into Stryd Y Fynnion. Tregylan is about 100 metres past the roundabout on the left. Parking is on street with space for 2 cars
From the A55 North Wales Expressway leave at J10 and head West along the A4087 first exit on the roundabout, signposted for Caenarfon. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the A487 and follow this road along the Caenarfon Bypass to the last roundabout take the 3rd exit on the A499 and drive along this route for the next 15 miles to the next roundabout past the turning for Trefor. Take the 2nd exit B4417 signposted to Nefyn. Take this road for the next 6 miles passing though various villages until you reach Nefyn. As you take the Left hand corner Tregylan will be 30 metres up on your right hand side. Parking is on street with space for 2 cars
