Nestled in the heart of a bustling, iconic neighborhood, this Plateau loft offers natural light flooding the open living space, highlighting the exposed brick walls and soaring ceilings. Outside, the neighborhood bustles with life - trendy cafés, boutiques, and galleries line the streets, inviting you to explore and indulge in the vibrant energy of the city and its landmarks, all the while being within walking distance from restaurants, theatres, grocery stores, subway stations, and bike paths. This 2-story open-concept loft features 20ft. soaring ceilings, large windows, and a modern-chic design. The first floor boasts a spacious living area, dining room, state-of-the-art kitchen, a splendid full bathroom, as well as a queen-sized Murphy bed. A stylish staircase leads to the second floor, which includes the master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed. Flooded with natural light, this 1,000sq.ft. loft offers wonderful city/mountain views from its private terrace. With its modern and unique features, this unit is the perfect urban oasis for those seeking a chic and luxurious living experience.

Fantastic accommodations. The apartment is lovely and spacious, the location is excellent, and the communication from the host is just superb. Highly recommend.

Chris' home was a great stay for our group of 4. The patio was a great amenity and we enjoyed sitting out there and relaxing. We found the bed in the loft and the couch very comfortable. Pull out Murphy was easy to set up and put away for more space. The kitchen was well outfitted and everything we needed was present for getting ready to head out on the town. Great convenience to have the laundry available for our 5 day stay, and the AC worked great and helped regulate the temp in the loft space as well. There are so many places to eat and drink close by, and having the bixi bike lane so close by was a great plus as well. Chris was an amazing host and so responsive for any questions we had. There was a detailed check in document that made everything really clear and easy to follow. The unit made our Montreal trip so memorable and enjoyable. Would stay again with a small group for sure!

It was wonderful days. Chris's place is surrounded by great restaurants, cafe, stores. This town is so peaceful and quiet, so I highly recommend this place.

Location, location, location! Everything you need is within walking distance, whether it’s famous Montreal bagels or smoked meats at Schwartz’s, location was key. Stairs are something you can’t avoid in Montreal given the way buildings were built, but just be aware of the walk up to the front door and the secondary entrance inside. Other than that, place was clean and check in/check out was super easy. Would recommend!

Great spot. Chris was friendly and proactive with easy to follow instructions. Offered early check-in without us asking. The apartment looks just like the photos. Really modern lighting and appliances. The loft is gorgeous and cozy. Not too loud but a little bit of noise from the street or neighbors. Infinitely walkable with plenty of food and shopping options, easy ~13 CAD ubers to downtown
