David is an AMAZING host. Extremely accommodating & helpful. He checked in with us to make sure all was well quite a few times. His place is spacious & inviting. We were there for the Marathon & access to the city was easy. (We drove in for packet pick up, & parked at the Government center & took the tube on race day). It worked out perfectly for us. The town of Woburn was easily walkable with lots of dining choices. Highly recommend David’s place for your stay.

This was a work-related stay. As advertised, it is clean and comfortable. A review before my stay talked about road noise. When I arrived, I realized the top of the majority of the double-hung windows had come down, most likely due to somebody not locking it properly. Once I closed all the windows correctly, the noise level dropped significantly, and I didn't even hear the traffic. Comfortable and easy access to 93 and 95. I have multiple areas to go to both north and south and had to get on 93 and 95 daily it was a breeze. There are a few things that indicated maybe David is in the process of upgrades, but they were not bothersome, nor did they impact my stay. Great price, great location, and so clean!

This was a nice spot for what ended up being a quick trip to MA. Lots of room; it was good to have 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was also well-stocked and common areas were furnished nicely. Host was very responsive and provided great recommendations. Also appreciated the proximity to downtown Woburn, while not being too far from I-93. Only a couple of downsides: For those light sleepers or sensitive to noise (myself included), I would definitely bring a pair or earplugs or noise machine as the home is located right off a busy street and as a result, traffic could be heard all throughout the day/night. Additionally, I felt that the bedrooms could use some additional "sprucing up" - such as adding a nightstand in the back bedroom. I also did not find the beds comfortable in either bedroom; especially the back bedroom, where the mattress was too firm for my taste. Overall, these are minor points in what otherwise was a comfortable stay.

This is the second time stay here. This house is definitely a favorite
