Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis in the heart of the Devon Countryside. If your looking to escape the hustle and bustle of normal life, experience dark skies, be able to listen to woodpeckers and owls then this is the place for you! We are central for towns, moors and beaches of North Devon/ Cornwall (30 mins to Widemouth/Bude & 20 mins to Dartmoor NP) and cities/towns such as Exeter, Okehampton and Tavistock. There really is something for everyone. The accommodation is self contained, private and all on one level. You enter through the rear patio doors into the lounge/diner/kitchen off which there is the bedroom that is overlooking the front paved area and a bathroom that has a walk-in shower.

This really is a rural retreat , beautiful and peaceful with all the comforts of home. Very well equipped with lots of kitchen utensils , pots pans etc. More added extras than I’d expect , cooking foil, cling film , fresh cooking oil , lovely sewing kit and vanity kit in the bathroom , secure patio for the dogs and lovely garden beyond. Sofa and bed very comfortable. TV was a bit hit and miss signal wise but not an issue for us. Also boiler is in the bedroom and it did keep us awake a little during the night as we are both light sleepers . But overall it was a lovely place to stay , even saw Lamas / alpaca’s next door !

A lovely little hideaway on a peaceful farm. Beautiful surroundings and within a 10 minute drive of a shop and a good pub. The house was clean and cosy and had everything we need. Especially enjoyed the board games. Host was very friendly and had great suggestions on local places to visit.

The most glorious stay in a very quiet part of Devon. Great parking and Caroline's place is well kitted out. The extra touches have all been thought about right down to scones on arrival! Perfect for a solo traveller or travelling couple.
