The huge terrace enjoys all day sun where you can relax by the pool (5m round above ground) after exploring the Tuscan countryside. The 5 comfy bedrooms are upstairs and all large and airy with the three bathrooms and an additional loo . The upstairs kitchen/diner is set up for self catering and the dining/living area a comfortable place to relax with a flat screen TV. Downstairs there is a large room leading to the extensive terrace and 5m circular pool (you won't be doing laps but it's certainly enough to keep the kids entertained and to cool off in). Outdoor furniture, umbrellas and a BBQ are provided. We are in the small village of Cicogna, near Terranuova Bracciolini, in the heart of Valdarno (Arno Valley, between Firenze and Arezzo). We have a shop in the village for typical Tuscan produce and the local larger town of Terranuova Bracciolini is just 5 mins away by car. The property is located between the most famous cultural attractions of Tuscany: Arezzo (25km), Florence (38km), Siena (50km), Chianti area. In a magical triangle of history, art, and nature, you will find yourself in one of the oldest residences of the town. The base of the building dates back before the 1600’s, attached to the medieval town walls where you can hear again the echoes of a fascinating past. The Valdarno area (Arno valley) has a lot to offer too, many undiscovered places and destinations that we can tell you about. 15 minutes by car from all the important services, on the edge of the village but immersed in the countryside between vineyards and olive groves, which you can visit.
