This is our second stay. We combined it with a visit to Solaire Theatre. Just as my previous review. Our family insisted we came back here and no one was disappointed. Theatre and MOA very short cab rides away.

Michelle’s place is so convenient and safe. There’s restaurants, banks and grocery stores on the ground level. We enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Will stay again when I’m in Manila as it is close to the airport.

We had good stay overall at Michelle’s place. Place is close to Mall of Asia with lots of food options and things to do close to the condo unit. Place is quite roomy as well. Water pressure was good and has 3 ac units to keep cool. Patio area was large and had a view of the pool. I do want to mention a few things: The building itself is rather dated. Not much airflow in the building hallways and has a certain smell. Tile work on the floors of the unit is uneven and we did see some roaches. The living room AC leaked but Michelle did send some people to get it fixed. There is also a charge of 150 pesos per person to use the pool which I believe is posted in the listing.
