Michael's home was charming and is a perfect location for couples or families to explore Lake Maggiore. Ispra is a quintessentially beautiful little Italian town - there is a great local mini market with everything you could ever need, a fantastic patisserie, bakers, butchers, gelateria and an amazing deli where you can buy all kinds of homemade ready meals. The local bar is very friendly also. You need never leave town or, more importantly, go to a supermarket! We felt like we were the only tourists there.
