This is a cute little space with lots of stores and a bike kiosk nearby. 5 minute drive and 10ish minute bike ride to the beach. It's a safe neighborhood and the other people staying in the property keep to themselves. The only qualms I have with it is the toilet has some issues with it and it's a tiny bit cramped (to be expected though, only so much you can fit in a small room). But I would stay here again if I were to come back to Ft. Lauderdale 🌴

This little studio apartment was perfect for a few days exploring the area. The kitchen was remarkably easy to use and stocked with the just right amount to function well in the space. I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the patio enjoying the back yard. Other positive things: quick walk to a grocery store and to the Enterprise car rental office for a day trip to the Everglades.
